Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to our designated agent: PIJ Holdings LLC, support@shotlocker.com. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
- The URL of the gallery, site page or photo, so we can find the material.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Knowingly false notices can make you liable for damages.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, send the same agent a counter-notice with your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. If the claimant does not file suit within 10–14 business days, we may restore the material.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
